Erica Eggers

As co-founder of Brillect, Erica thrives on creating win-win opportunities by connecting brilliant talent with fulfilling career opportunities. Grounded by her commitment to helping people, she’s found the perfect union in matching consultants with roles that bring joy back into their work – and more flexibility in their lives – while helping clients tap into the right talent to advance their goals.

A seasoned finance and accounting executive, Erica pulls from a deep well of experience to guide her clients and consultants. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Minnesota State University – Moorhead and is a CPA. Her tenure spans from a Big Four firm to global Fortune 500’s to a consultancy, serving in a variety of roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target Corporation, Lawson Software, Best Buy and Salo.

Kelly Weight

Kelly loves getting to know people, hearing what brings them joy and helping them succeed – at work and at home. She believes work should be energizing, challenging and a community you can’t wait to join every day. From helping her clients solve complex problems to working with consultants to advance their career goals while finding balance at home, Kelly is committed to helping others be their best.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kelly started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and spent many years in compliance, project management and audit roles before making the leap to providing consulting and contract services. After her most recent position as an Account Executive at Microsoft, she co-founded Brillect to create a place where people can thrive in their careers and personal lives.

Kristine Boedigheimer

As a working mom of two daughters, Kristine has always had the desire to “do it all.” Believing there had to be a better way to work, Kristine co-founded Brillect to bring a new approach to balancing work + life. Kristine is proud to connect high-performing professionals desiring flexibility with finance and accounting leaders looking to partner with experienced, results-oriented talent.

Kristine brings a unique on-the-ground, been in your shoes credibility to her role as a trusted advisor to clients and consultants. She holds a BSB in Accounting and MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Carlson School of Management, where she currently serves on the Alumni Board, and is also a CPA (inactive). She began her career in audit at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and spent 18 years in progressively senior roles in Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury at Target Corporation.
