Erica’s motivation is rooted in helping people. Passionate about connecting brilliant talent to fulfilling work, she wants to shape the careers of Brillect’s talented consultants and enable them to
create the work and home lives they prefer. All while helping her clients attain objectives to grow their businesses and enhance their teams by connecting them to the right professionals.
Erica has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a CPA. She spent nearly 15 years in the accounting and finance industry, starting with a career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Moving on from public accounting, she worked in external and internal financial reporting at Target Corporation and Lawson Software, as well as general ledger accounting at Best Buy. An additional six years of providing consulting services leads us to her current role as co-founder of Brillect, an endeavor she is thrilled to be undertaking.
Outside of work, Erica and her husband have three young kids that bring so much joy (and crazy) to their lives! They enjoy boating at the lake, volunteering at church and watching their kids in sports.
Kelly Weight
Kelly loves getting to know people, hearing what brings them joy, learning what motivates them and helping them succeed – at work and at home. She believes work should be energizing, challenging and a community you can’t wait to join every day. Her purpose is to connect people to help them accomplish more. From helping her clients solve complex problems to working with consultants to find the focus they need to propel their careers while finding balance at home, Kelly is committed to helping others be their best in every chapter of their careers.
A hockey mom to 3 boys, a wife, dog lover, and a runner, Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She started her career in public accounting at
Arthur Andersen. She spent many years in compliance, project management and audit roles before making the leap to providing consulting and staffing services. After her most recent position at Microsoft, she co-founded Brillect to create a place where you can do more of what you love – at work and at home.
Kristine Boedigheimer
While her daughters were young, Kristine struggled with the desire to “do it all”. She wanted a great career AND to be a great mom and wife. She believed there was a better way to work but failed to find it in traditional workplaces. She co-founded Brillect in part to be that connection between finance and accounting leaders and high-performing professionals who desire more flexibility than traditional employment provides.
Kristine earned her BSB in Accounting and MBA (Finance emphasis) from the Carlson School of Management, currently serves on the Alumni Board of the Carlson School of Management, and is also a CPA (inactive). She began her career in audit at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and spent 18 years in Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury at Target Corporation.
Married to Jeff and a mom to Anna and Maren, she loves travel, spending time with her family, all types of skiing and time at the lake.

Jon Daniel
As a seasoned industry professional with 15+ years of public accounting, consulting, and private industry experience, Jon’s roles have encompassed both sides of the fence, as a consultant and as a client of consulting finance & accounting services. This multi-faceted background is key to his role as Client Solutions Director at Brillect, providing him a unique understanding of how to successfully bring teams together to drive results that deliver a win-win for all involved. Drawing upon his experience, Jon ensures each client’s roadmap to success is paved with the right team to succeed, collaborating with clients to define their goals and developing the strategy needed to reach those goals.
Passionate about connections, Jon strives to lead people and projects with integrity, believing that doing what is right, versus what is easy, is always the best path to success.
Anne Harris
With a 15+ year career in financial planning and analysis, Anne Harris draws on a wide breadth of experience and strong analytical background to help deliver successful outcomes for Brillect’s clients and consultants. As Talent Solutions Director, Anne taps into her passion for bringing out the best in people by matching consultants with engaging careers. She thrives on helping professionals discover what excites them about going to work every day and harnessing that energy to help clients succeed.
Anne takes a highly personalized approach to match consultants with opportunities that check all the boxes, never forcing square pegs into round holes when there’s not a fit. She believes the secret to a winning client/consultant partnership is creating opportunities that allow people to do what they love best.
Gena Ritter
With an aptitude for managing the operational side of a business, Gena comes to Brillect as an accomplished professional in the finance and accounting industry. Tapping into her expansive experience, her goal as Controller is to implement processes and build relationships that ensure a smoother experience for everyone involved.
With a laser-like focus for details and a team-first mentality, Gena is the first to jump in where needed, always focused on making improvements for a successful future. Darcy Herrig
Darcy Herrig isn’t just our Talent Acquisition Director, she’s a professional matchmaker responsible for keeping our fine-tuned machine humming. Always on the lookout for rising talent, Darcy doesn’t believe in ‘one size fits all.’ Instead, she connects promising individuals on the search for a new path with our Talent Solutions and Client Management Directors while helping identify the best opportunities for success between client and individual.
Darcy is the ultimate go-getter, both professionally and personally, something clearly evidenced by her 4:30 wake-up call to swim laps in the pool every morning and her impressive professional background. After majoring in accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Darcy went on to earn a Certified Internal Audit designation. This valuable certification contributed to her successes while working in accounting, finance and audit in a variety of industries. However, her true passion, much to our good fortune, is helping people transform their careers by connecting them with consulting opportunities that infuse new levels of energy and job satisfaction.
Meg O’Hara
Meg O’Hara is the consummate finance professional, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, systems implementation and change management at companies including Optum, Target and Lifetouch. She’s a networker extraordinaire, top-notch troubleshooter, and a 360-degree collaborator who knows how to build effective teams.
As Client Solutions Director, Meg works hand-in-hand with our clients to quickly identify what needs to get done and connect them with the right person to do it. Her charismatic, outgoing personality make her an expert relationship builder with both clients and consultants, and trust us, once you’re introduced, you’ll feel like you’ve known her for years.
Mollie Mikl
Mollie Mikl serves in dual roles of Executive Consultant and Client Solutions Director at Brillect. With extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy and operations, she has held a broad range of roles across UnitedHealth Group, most recently as Senior Director of Finance for a global division. She’s an exceptional process improvement resource and is highly regarded for her ability to synthesize complex data, zero in on the most critical elements and present it in an actionable, visually compelling way to C-Suite executives.
As an Executive Consultant, Mollie leverages her reputation as a calm-under-pressure pinch hitter who loves to get in, “figure it out” and deliver a home run. A natural relationship builder, Mollie also serves in a Client Solutions role, helping our clients advance their objectives by deploying the right combination of talent and strategy.
Cathy McComb
Cathy McComb fits into her role as Client Solutions Manager like a puzzle piece, combining her passion for accounting with her love for meeting new people and building relationships.
As a CPA with 15 years of experience in public accounting and small business back-office support, Cathy has a deep understanding and perspective of what it takes to get the job done for her clients. She’s able to quickly jump in and add value, bring fresh insight, and chart the best path forward based on each client’s unique needs. She enjoys the challenge of finding the right person for the right role with the right strategy for her clients – not just filling the seat. And, as an extrovert who loves meeting new people, Cathy thrives in her client-facing role where she can talk shop and build long-lasting connections.
Sam Mathiowetz
As a Business Operations Associate at Brillect, Sam Mathiowetz serves in a lead accounting role with responsibility for bookkeeping, financial reporting and contract administration. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, Sam knows her stuff. She also has an extensive background in accounting and tax formed while working for Volunteers of America, Walser Automotive Group and Caliber Accounting.
Around the office, Sam is known as a quiet, but mighty force who keeps the accounting function running smoothly and precisely with her thoughtful, detail-oriented, and insightful management style. Sam appreciates the comfortable, welcoming, and authentic culture at Brillect where everyone makes you feel right at home starting on day one.
Peggy Scherer
As office manager at Brillect, Peggy holds the important role of onboarding our talented consultants, supporting our co-founders, and ensuring our busy office runs like clockwork. Unofficially, we call her our resident Mama Bear, the person you can always turn to and the “glue” that holds our office together.
Peggy has served in a variety of administrative roles throughout her career, earning her a reputation for being organized, analytical and customer-focused. She finds joy in helping people and loves supporting the growth of Brillect through actions that build community and foster connections.
Sheryl Caspers
After working in a variety of talent acquisition and HR roles at Target, Cargill and staffing agencies, Sheryl Caspers was drawn to Brillect by the energizing culture, the inherent variety of consulting work, and the opportunity to carve out a best-in-class recruiting experience to grow Brillect’s pool of consulting professionals.
In her role as Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Sheryl prides herself on being a great listener and loves that Brillect practices what we preach when it comes to uncovering what candidates truly want from their careers. She forms a true partnership with candidates, digging in and matching them with career opportunities that bring joy and balance to their work day.
Kate Ferrian
While some love the limelight, Kate Ferrian’s passion lies behind the scenes. Armed with an impressive professional background that includes building several departments from the ground up, her extensive experience and love for details, organization and problem-solving align beautifully with her role as VP of Operations at Brillect.
Drawn to Brillect’s values-based mission, Kate is committed to building the right infrastructure to support our expanding team. She enjoys the multi-faceted approach to discovering untapped process efficiencies and building the relationships to support them. Carrie King
As Talent Coordinator at Brillect, Carrie King enjoys making a difference in people’s lives as she guides them through the onboarding process to becoming a consultant with Brillect. With a passion for helping others, she finds many parallels between her background in education and her role at Brillect and taps into this experience to aid consultants in their journey.

Christina Tibesar

A business development dynamo, Christina has been in the staffing industry for nearly 20 years with a stellar reputation for prospecting new business and earning the trust of her clients.
