Elevate is a rotational development program that helps motivated professionals with two to six years of experience build critical skill sets. As salaried employees, participants rotate through career-enhancing opportunities in key areas over a 2–3 year period.

In addition to ongoing support during rotation assignments, participants receive one-on-one coaching to gain feedback on their work experiences, maximize development opportunities and chart their career paths.

Elevate professionals complete the program having gained a diverse set of finance and accounting experiences and with the perspective needed to embark on the next chapter of their careers. Experience new challenges and expand your skillsets through rotations with Brillect clients in the areas of:

  • • Corporate Accounting
  • • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • • System Implementation Projects
  • • Controllership
  • • Internal Audit
  • • Treasury

A successful Elevate consultant will have:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or data analytics
  • • 2-6 years of public accounting or equivalent experience, CPA preferred but not required
  • • High career growth motivation and goals
  • • Client service professionalism
  • • Ability to be adaptable, flexible and curious
